SCHANK racing

Welcome to SCHANKracing!  SCHANK racing will be racing the Desert Signs sponsored class 9 off road race car in the highly competitive SNORE and Pro 9 series in 2010.  The SCHANK racing team is comprised of  second generation off-road racer Rodger Schank. Rodger is part of the Schank family that has been racing either together or against one another for over 30 years. Joining their dad (Rodger) in the co-rider seat will be his two sons Rodger Schank III, and Rick Schank. They are hoping to gain enough experience riding with their dad and the other driver Daniel Maurer to take over the class 9 car in 2011 (since their dad plans on moving to another class at that time.) Sharing the rider seat with little Rodger and Rick in 2010 will be Kyle Barker. Joining Rodger Schank in the driver seat of the SCHANKracing class 9 car will be third generation driver Daniel Maurer. Daniel Maurer is relatively new to class 9 only racing in 1 race in class 9 prior to the 2010 season. But Daniel is not lacking in off road racing experience, Daniel has raced in class 16 and in SNORE's class 18 or also known as a Champ Car. Together Rodger Schank and Daniel Maurer hope to be a force to be recon with in the 2010 race season.
